Grantwood is a perfect gathering spot for intimate groups of 50 or larger groups up to 150. Whatever your requirement whether it be business or pleasure the staff at Grantwood will be happy to meet your needs.
Prime Time
Friday and Saturday Evenings
Grantwood will provide tables and chairs set to your specification as well as bar setups which include, draft beer, cups, ice wash, lemons. limes, cherris, olives and napkins.
Bar set up with rental $10.50 per person (bring your own Wine & Liquor)
Pop Only with rental $7.50 per person
Hall rental only $5.50 per person (50 person minimum)
(Deposit is non-refundable unless the hall is rebooked. Deposit is refundable if hall is left in acceptable

Saturday and Sunday
Grantwood will provide 4 hour room usage (between the hours of 9:00 -4:00) including tables and chairs set to your specification.
($25 an hour for any party exceeding the 4 hour limit, until 6:00 pm)

$75.00 Deposit required to hold date. Deposits are refundable only if hall is rebooked in cancellation and only if left in acceptable condition as deemed by management...see contract!

Evening Special
Grantwood will provid table and chairs as well as a microphone and podium.
$75.00 (per hour). Grantwood will provide one hour at no charge for set-up.
